XS occupies the former Alcatraz address on Walking Street, but current firsthand reporting describes a completely different venue inside: a huge, fully renovated room with an excellent sound system and music kept below the punishing edge found in some large rooms. The official XS site fixes the current address at 113/2 Walking Street and promotes both the main experience and a separate VIP lounge.

The June 2026 firsthand count was about 90 performers nightly across three rotations of roughly 30. Treat that as a dated operating snapshot, not a guaranteed headcount on every visit. It still explains the venue's identity. XS is built to keep a large room moving through multiple rotations rather than to deliver the intimate feel of a compact, one-stage stop.

It suits visitors who want a modern high-capacity showbar, strong sound, a busy rotation and the option to move into a more private VIP setting. Skip it if you want a live band, a small low-key room, or an evening where every stop needs to be cheap and brief. The size only becomes an advantage if you actually want the production.

A current individual listing showed daily hours of 20:00–04:00 when checked on 24 July 2026. The same listing published selected local beers and house spirits at 95 THB from 20:00–21:00, with exclusions.
