It is an inland set of small roads, with the densest cluster on Bong Koch 8 and a few June records filed from nearby Bong Koch, Arunothai and Pattaya Tai addresses. Fourteen records make a destination cluster: save the pin, arrive by ride and compare doors within one pocket.

HOW THIS ZONE WORKS
The first navigation problem is the spelling. Maps and signs can show Bongkot, Bong Koch or Bong Koch 8. They refer to the same inland family of lanes, but a ride app still needs the exact venue pin. Asking only for “Soi Bongkot” can leave you at the wrong junction, especially when the record sits on Bong Koch 3 or the Arunothai edge.
The core is different from Walking Street or Soi Buakhao. There is no long neon approach and no reliable passing crowd. Several rooms are deliberately enclosed, afternoon-led and destination-based. The street earns its value from concentration within the core pocket, not from being part of a larger pedestrian circuit.
Our June source shows very different opening times. The Chapel is listed from 11:00, several lounges from 13:00–15:00, The Factory to 01:00, and 86 Club only from midnight to 05:00. Foxx Club is listed 21:00–04:00. A visitor who arrives at one hour cannot assume the other thirteen doors are in the same phase.
That makes planning simple: choose afternoon lounges, an evening cluster, or the two late-club records. Do not try to force all three into one walk. Soi Bongkot works best when the timing and pin are chosen before the ride begins.

Foxx Club enters its listed 21:00–04:00 schedule. The smaller lounges continue on their own clocks, with several closing around midnight.

86 Club opens at midnight and is listed to 05:00. Treat that late slot as a separate destination, not a promise that the surrounding row stays active.

Mango Drink sits on Bong Koch 3 rather than the core lane. Treat it as a pinned side stop, not proof that every Bongkot-labelled record shares one frontage.

Lounge Bar Amsterdam is described on the Arunothai side. It stays in this source roster once, with the different address made visible instead of hidden.
THE OUTLIER
Foxx Club carries a Pattaya Tai 16 address although the source files it under Bongkot. It is an evening club destination and should be checked separately on the map.

HOW TO MOVE THROUGH IT
Approach from Third Road or South Pattaya with a saved pin. Public transport is less obvious here than on Beach Road or Soi Buakhao, and the final turns matter. If your first choice is on Bong Koch 8, use that exact lane in the pickup note rather than the broader Bongkot name.
Once at the core, walk only the compact group you can see. Check the frontage, current hours and menu before settling in. Treat Mango Drink, Lounge Bar Amsterdam and Foxx Club as separate pinned stops because their listed locations place them beyond the central row.
For the return, call the ride from a well-lit road and confirm the registration before boarding. The area is inland, quieter between pockets and unsuitable for an improvised walk back to the beach after drinking. The nearest sensible handoffs are Third Road and the explicitly residual South Pattaya catchment.

Is Soi Bongkot the same as Bong Koch 8?
Bong Koch 8 is the main nightlife pocket within the wider Bongkot family of lanes. Most of this roster sits there, but several records have nearby edge addresses.
Can I walk the entire Soi Bongkot roster?
No. Walk the compact Bong Koch 8 core, but use exact pins and rides for the Bong Koch 3, Arunothai and Pattaya Tai address exceptions.
What time is best for Soi Bongkot?
Around 18:00–23:00 gives the broadest overlap for the core row. The Chapel starts earlier, while 86 Club opens at midnight and runs later.
Is 86 Club part of the ordinary Bongkot bar row?
