Tree Town is what Pattaya nightlife looks like when it's rebuilt from scratch: a dense open-air village of small bars around live-music stages, food smoke drifting through fairy lights, everyone facing the bands instead of the street.
Each plot controls its own schedule, menu and entry terms. Joy Bar publishes daily 16:00–04:00, Chill Out Bar publishes daily 18:30 until late, and Tree Town's current embedded Apple business-hours record shows 17:00–02:00. Those clocks can coexist because a plot may run later than the complex-level listing.

Apple Maps says Apple Maps listed Tree Town itself from 15:00 to 02:00 daily. Joy Bar Pattaya says Joy Bar's own site publishes daily hours from 16:00 to 04:00.
Editorial lead: Joy Bar Pattaya. Use the operator's own hours for Joy Bar and treat the Apple listing only as a complex-level signal. Individual plots can run later than the complex listing.
What we could not confirm: The zone-wide statement that every regular plot has no cover — No current operator or complex policy page established one rule for every independent business. The page's 80-130-baht beer and 150-250-baht cocktail ranges — The opened operator pages did not publish complete current menus supporting those area-wide bands. The 60-baht starting food price across Tree Town — No current market or vendor menu was opened that could support the complex-wide minimum.
