HORIZON

Horizon occupies Level 34 of Hilton Pattaya, above Central Pattaya on Beach Road. It combines indoor seating with an open-air terrace and the Infinity Bar, looking west across Pattaya Bay. Hilton positions it as both a restaurant and a bar, with an international and local menu plus a live DJ every night.

Come here for sunset, a date, a dressed-up first stop or a full dinner with the view built into the occasion. It works when your group accepts hotel pricing and is willing to reserve for a good outdoor position. Skip it if you want a cheap spontaneous drink, a casual beach-bar dress code or a room that only starts after midnight. Horizon is strongest from late afternoon through dinner, not as a substitute for a late club.

The useful way to think about the room is as a three-part evening. The terrace supplies the first act while daylight falls; dinner becomes the centre once the bay turns dark; the DJ then keeps a bar atmosphere around the tables. You do not need to commit to every act, but choosing one in advance makes the reservation clearer. Ask for outdoor priority if the view is the reason, or an indoor table if weather certainty and conversation matter more.

Hilton currently publishes the Horizon food menu from 16:00–01:00 and says a live DJ performs each evening. The opened page does not publish one crowd peak or weekend reservation rule. Reserve when the outdoor view matters, but do not present an assumed dinner rush as venue policy.

The official menu gives named spend anchors: bar bites run from 200 THB sourdough items to a 990 THB sharing plate; the mains section runs from 650 THB dishes to a 1,950 THB grilled lamb dish; meat grills start at 1,400 THB and include a 4,500 THB tomahawk. A current local listing advertises buy-one-get-one cocktails from 16:00–19:00, but Hilton's opened menu page does not repeat that promotion. Confirm the offer with the hotel before relying on it.

The opened Hilton page did not publish a dress rule. Use the hotel entrance and lifts, and ask Hilton directly about clothing, table conditions or any minimum spend for a special event rather than treating a third-party convention as policy.

Build the budget from the official menu rather than a generic rooftop average. One drink and a small plate is a different commitment from dinner, grills and a second round. The published 16:00–01:00 span belongs to the food menu; it does not promise that every terrace table, kitchen section or promotion runs unchanged until one. Confirm last seating, tax, service and any event terms for the date, particularly when a celebration or public holiday is driving the booking.

Horizon is the flagship hotel rooftop in the Beach Road and Jomtien zone. Its geographic address is central Beach Road, while the zone guide groups the city’s coastal rooftop choices together for planning. That is why it is compared with venues beyond the immediate block rather than treated as part of a single walkable bar lane.

Choose Zamā Skybar for a Pratumnak rooftop that runs later. Choose Moon Deck for a simpler, lower-cost view, or Drift for the lower Hilton option. Horizon is the answer when height, sunset, service and a complete dinner matter more than price or a very late finish.

If the night continues, settle the bill before choosing the next district. Staying inside Hilton for Drift keeps the evening effortless; moving toward Soi Buakhao or Walking Street changes the tone and calls for a fresh ride rather than an improvised walk. Horizon therefore works best as a defined opening chapter. Let the view and meal do their job, then make one deliberate move instead of stacking another rooftop with the same purpose.
