The Sky Gallery is a clifftop restaurant on Pratumnak Hill, not a rooftop bar. Its terraces face Pattaya Bay and Koh Larn from ground that already sits above the coast. The venue describes itself as family-owned and built around fresh air, trees and a peaceful setting. That makes it a meal destination with a view rather than a vertical cocktail room reached for height alone.

The menu is correspondingly broad. The official site lists authentic Thai dishes, seafood from local fishermen and international food, plus crafted coffee, fresh juice, herbal drinks and tea. The beach-bar side covers classic and signature cocktails, draught beer and other mixed drinks. You can use the venue for lunch, coffee, sunset drinks or dinner without pretending each of those visits follows the same budget.

The view is the organising feature. Tables spread across the slope instead of concentrating around one small rail, so the room feels more like a garden restaurant than a skyline bar. It suits couples, families and mixed groups who want to eat through sunset. Skip it if you want a quick standing drink, a dance-floor programme or a late finish.

The exact live Google Maps listing showed 11:00–23:00 Monday–Friday and 10:00–23:00 Saturday–Sunday when checked on 25 July 2026. The official site accepts advance table reservations on weekdays. It states that Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays are walk-in only. If a front-row sunset position matters on a weekend, arrive before the busiest pre-sunset window instead of relying on a booking request the venue says it does not take.

The official site describes the food and drink categories but does not publish a complete current itemised menu. Google Maps displayed a user-reported range of 400–1,200 THB per person on 25 July. That range is context, not a quote for dinner or a promise about any dish. Check the current menu before building a group budget, especially if seafood and multiple drinks are part of the order.

There is no published general cover charge. This is a restaurant table rather than a club entry transaction, so the meaningful commitment is what you order and how long you hold the table. Ask about any event-specific terms before travelling for a holiday or fireworks night. The current weekday reservation rule does not guarantee a particular terrace edge.

Transport is simpler by exact pin. The venue is on Pratumnak Road, away from the continuous Beach Road pedestrian flow. A ride up the hill is more dependable than trying to fold it into a casual central walk. Arrange the next pickup after dinner, because the best onward zone depends on whether you want central rooftops, Walking Street or a quieter Jomtien finish.

The Sky Gallery's strongest arc is direct: arrive before sunset, order a proper meal and leave the hill after dark. Trying to use it as a five-minute bar stop wastes the setting and adds transport friction. Treat 23:00 as the listed end, not the start of a late circuit.
